We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return/refund (see Refund Policy).
• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@patialaayurvedic.com with your order ID.
• If the payment has been deducted and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
